Industrial Training
Industrial Training is the availability of real time IT exposure to the trainees. In the name of Industrial Training, MPIT offers the following programmes.

Industrial Visit
Students from educational institutions are given industrial visit in our software division and the actual processes followed in the IT industry is exposed to them. The importance and flow of various process teams are clearly enlightened to the students for their understanding on the development of a project starting from requirement gathering to implementation and maintenance of the project.

MPIT has provided this kind of training to students over 30 colleges in and around Tamil Nadu.
Seminars and Workshops
MPIT developers make a move to the educational institutions which reveal interest in providing their students, the knowledge on the current happenings in the IT industry. In this programme, the academic students are given familiarity about the IT environment and its various services.

In a full-day workshop, awareness on SDLC process is provided to the students which form the base of project development. The students are also given opportunities to work-out simple exercises to enhance their confidence and have complete understanding. Seminars/Workshops are delivered to the students based on the preference of their timings and areas of specialization.
InPlant Training
InPlant Training is provided to the academic students where they will be provided a real time project module to work on. They will also be guided by the developers to work effectively and MPIT will also perceive that sufficient understanding is gained by the trainee. This facilitates the students to have hands-on in the software industry and this bestows confidence in the trainees to work effectively in any software organization in the future.
